Failure-to-predict

According to the 2007b Update of the M8-MSc predictions dated Tuesday, July 03, 2007 – Both of the two September 12 earthquakes confirm the M8 alarms targeting either M8.0+ or M7.5+ events. The epicenters of the first one and its aftershocks fit nicely the prediction outlined by MSc in the second approximation, while the epicenter of the second one is located just outside this narrow-range area.
